POS Administrator working across enterprise IT, Windows endpoint management, and retail hardware.
I keep point-of-sale systems running and the Windows environment behind them in good shape — from imaging and hardware validation to day-to-day endpoint administration.
I like problems that involve both the software and the metal underneath it: building system images, testing new POS hardware before it reaches a store, and troubleshooting the issues that only show up once equipment is actually in use.
